At Celebrations R Us Gift Co., every item is handcrafted specifically for you. Because of the different processes involved—from printing and pressing to candle wrapping—our dispatch times vary by product.

1. Production & Dispatch Times

Please refer to the categories below to see when your order will be ready to ship.

Standard Items (5 Business Days):

Photo Slates, Photo Tiles, Personalised Pillar Candles, Money Boxes, and Mugs.

Stationery & Small Gifts (5 Business Days):

Personalised Bookmarks, Gift Tags, and Place Cards.

Mid-Range Favours (7–10 Business Days):

Bagged Votive Candle Favours.

Deluxe Handmade Favours (3–4 Weeks):

Tealight Candle Favours and Wrapped Votive Favours.

Important: Mixed Basket Orders If your order contains items from different categories (e.g., Tags and Wrapped Votives), your entire order will be dispatched together once the item with the longest lead time is ready.

2. UK Delivery Services

Once your item is made, it is handed over to Royal Mail. We use the following services:

Note: Delivery times apply from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed.

3. Track Your Order

Once we dispatch your order, you will receive an email notification.

For Tracked services, you will receive a link to monitor your parcel's journey.

For Standard stationery items, your tracking number will update only once a delivery attempt has been made.

4. Need your order urgently?

If you have a celebration fast approaching and need an item sooner than the stated dispatch time, please contact us at sales@celebrationsrus.co.uk before placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate "rush" orders where our production schedule allows.

5. Postal Delays

While we guarantee our dispatch dates, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays within the Royal Mail network (such as seasonal peaks or weather). We recommend ordering well in advance of your event date to avoid disappointment.
